I chose this hotel for attending a town hall meeting because it provides 2 meeting rooms available for events. The meeting rooms were well-equipped and the staff was helpful in setting up the space. It made my work trip efficient and convenient.

One service that I missed for my work was a more varied and Western-oriented breakfast menu.

In general I had neat, compact room, beds were comfortable.

The room was super comfy with a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box, and a fridge. The private bathroom had a bathtub and free toiletries. Everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

I didn't really use the electric kettle, but it's just my personal preference.

The standard twin room is non-smoking, with an individual safe, an electronic key card and a work desk. Smooth check-in and very good customer service.

The hotel had excellent facilities such as free shuttle service to and from the airport, amazing breakfast buffet, and conveniently located close to good restaurants and shops. Cleanliness was outstanding and staff were always respectful, helpful, and accommodating.

We only stayed here for 5 nights, as we didn't have time, even so everything was really good. The room was compact on the 18th floor and had climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel TV...

The rooms are well-maintained and complete with all the necessary furnitures and appliances. The location is also ideal, being connected to a shopping center. It's very convenient for those who love to shop. The staff are attentive and provide good service. The breakfast served is delicious and offers a good variety of food.

The only minor drawback was the lack of utensils in the rooms with kitchenettes. However, this didn't affect our overall experience as we were able to enjoy the other amenities provided.

Our stay was a really good experience. Hotel's lobby was good with well-trained personnel. The easy check-in process too. Central location and well-kept room. Plenty of food options close enough to the venue.

The hotel provides a cable TV with a great selection of channels, including kids' favorites like Cartoon Network and Disney Channel. It kept my children entertained during downtime in the room.

In my wife's opinion, having a dedicated kids' play area in the hotel would be a great addition for families.
