I chose this hotel for attending a town hall meeting because it provides 2 meeting rooms available for events. The meeting rooms were well-equipped and the staff was helpful in setting up the space. It made my work trip efficient and convenient.

One service that I missed for my work was a more varied and Western-oriented breakfast menu.

In general I had neat, compact room, beds were comfortable.

The room was super comfy with a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box, and a fridge. The private bathroom had a bathtub and free toiletries. Everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

I didn't really use the electric kettle, but it's just my personal preference.

The standard twin room is non-smoking, with an individual safe, an electronic key card and a work desk. Smooth check-in and very good customer service.

We only stayed here for 5 nights, as we didn't have time, even so everything was really good. The room was compact on the 18th floor and had climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel TV...

The hotel had excellent facilities such as free shuttle service to and from the airport, amazing breakfast buffet, and conveniently located close to good restaurants and shops. Cleanliness was excellent and staff were always respectful, helpful, and accommodating.

The only minor drawback was the lack of utensils in the rooms with kitchenettes. However, this didn't affect our overall experience as we were able to enjoy the other amenities provided.

The hotel's decoration was charming and it created a warm and welcoming atmosphere for me as a senior woman. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people. The simple and elegant design made it easy to navigate and the elevators were smooth and convenient for me.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff to help with my luggage upon arrival.

We loved our stay there, it was such great. Everything was good during our stay even so disappointing aspect was a bit small bathroom.

The location is also fantastic, with a mall just a short distance away. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed.
